The project included two complexes set at the Mediterranean coast.
The first one included 33 units, in a development of 15,000 sq.m.,
21 duplex units with private gardens and 12 luxury penthouses with private terraces.
The commercial boutiques, underground parking, swimming pool, sport and recreation station were part of the common area.
The second complex included 6 luxury homes, commercial patios and pools.
In both projects, the designs combined arches, balustrades, original mares Majorca Sandstone with yellow and white stucco. The designs achieved a fluent dialogue with the surrounding sea, patios and houses.
