The entire project extended over 20,000 square meters and included 70 living spaces, duplexes, apartments and penthouses, with private gardens and terraces. Common spaces included a swimming pool, underground parking, and a ground-level boutique area.
Sea Green is located in the Son Servera district and set directly on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.
The complex was designed to assure the maximum front sea exposure and with optimal viewpoints, while guaranteeing privacy for residents. The interiors included luxurious finishing details that enhanced the character of the surrounding.
